Internet Safety
Are Your Kids Internet Safe?
Here are just a few places you as parents, should go to, and stay aware of on the internet. Even if you have not heard about them, chances are your kids have. These are open source sites, that means anyone can add content, and view the site's contents. Our kids do not have access to these sites at school (the PLNet portal on school computers blocks entry) but we urge you to make sure you are aware of what your kids are doing online, and keep reminding them of the dangers of posting personal information on the internet.
We will not link to these sites here as a small attempt to make it harder for kids to get there. Just enter the names below into your search engine to reach these sites:
myspace.com
facebook.com
piczo.com

PAC Meeting Internet Safety Guest Speaker
If we get enough interest we can bring an internet safety expert to a PAC Meeting next year to tell us more and answer our questions. Email pac@caulfeildpac.com if you'd be interested in attending a session like this.
