School Mission Statement
Caulfeild School's Mission statement is to provide a supportive environment that inspires students to be lifelong learners.
At Caulfeild Elementary School, we welcome students from Kindergarten to Grade 7.
The school staff members are dedicated, well qualified and enthusiastic about presenting a high standard of education to all students. Staff, students and parents work together to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for strong academic, social and emotional growth.
Nestled amongst the tall evergreens in the west end of the district, Caulfeild School is a short distance from local beaches and scenic Lighthouse Park allowing close access for hands-on learning experiences which enhance the existing curriculum.The surrounding school grounds include two play fields, modern play equipment, forested areas and a stream.
Boasting a modern new eight-room addition, as well as extensive upgrading of the existing building, the school is a spacious, modern facility. Children have access to two computer labs, an extensive library, a large gymnasium and a modern, fully stocked music room.
Caulfeild offers a variety of opportunities for all students. These opportunities support individuals from a variety of cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.
At Caulfeild, the focus is on academic excellence, student leadership opportunities, and the development of citizenship skills. Staff work collectively and collaboratively with parents, students and community members to offer an outstanding educational opportunity for all.
